Remarks

- Participants under 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before registration. Participants under 13 years old must be accompanied and closely supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the activity for safety reasons.

- Please carefully check all registration details, sizes and selected items before completing payment. Once payment is completed, refunds, rights transfers or participant changes are not allowed under any circumstances.

- Participant information may only be edited under the specified conditions and within the designated period, with an administrative fee of THB 100 per transaction.

- Participants must collect their Bib and Race Kit on the date, time and at the venue specified by the organizer.

- Participants are advised to assess their physical readiness before joining the activity.

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if items are not collected within the specified period.

- Finisher Medals and Finisher Towels are reserved for participants who complete the race only.

- The organizer reserves the right to close ticket sales once the allocated quota is reached.

- Each runner must be the same person as the registered name and the name shown on the Bib. The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the rules, including refusing prize entitlement without prior notice.

- The organizer reserves the right to change event details or formats in case of necessity or force majeure.

- By completing registration and payment, participants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions.

Registered participants of the SANRIO CHARACTERS HALF MARATHON can collect their Race Kit, including the official event T-shirt and race Bib, at the Race Kit Collection Area on the 47th Floor of One Bangkok Tower 4. Participants can also enjoy exclusive activities and special offers from event partners.

One Bangkok members may collect their Race Kit beginning September 23, 2026, while non-members may collect theirs from September 24 - 26, 2026, between 10.00 – 20.00 hrs.

Wristband Collection and Access to the 47th Floor

1. Reserve your preferred collection time via the QueQ application. Download the app and book a convenient time slot for Race Kit collection:

2. Participants may present either their registration confirmation email or a government-issued ID bearing the same name as the registered participant. If you are unable to collect your Race Kit in person, you may authorize a representative to collect it on your behalf. The representative must present a signed copy of the participant's ID card, along with the corresponding paid order number.

3. After receiving your wristband, our staff will assist you through the designated side entrance and guide you to the elevator zone.

4. A staff member will escort you to the 47th Floor, where the Race Kit Collection Area is located.

Please note: Access to the Race Kit Collection Area on the 47th Floor is strictly limited to registered participants and authorized representatives collecting on behalf of participants. Companions and accompanying guests will not be permitted to enter the collection area.
