Prize Redemption Terms and Conditions

·       Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

·       The company is not responsible for any expenses arising from the prize redemption, such as vehicle registration fees, car insurance, travel expenses, etc.

·       In cases where a winner is eligible for multiple prizes in the same promotion, the winner will only receive the prize with the highest value. In such instances, the company will conduct a redraw to select a new winner. The announcement of winners will be made on January 21, 2025, via www.onebangkok.com and the One Bangkok Retail application.

·       Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 THB or more are required to pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value and bear any additional fees and expenses related to the prize redemption, as mandated by the Revenue Department's Order No. Tor Por. 101/2544. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle registration fees, car insurance, and travel expenses.

·       Prizes and prize rights are non-transferable to other individuals.

·       Winners must claim their prizes in person. The company will not deliver prizes to the winner’s address. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified period as notified by the company or within 30 days from the announcement date (whichever is later), it will be deemed that the winner forfeits their right to the prize. The company reserves the right to cancel the prize without prior notice and will conduct a redraw to select a new winner.

·       Prize winners must present their valid, original ID card or passport (for non-Thai nationals) along with a certified copy when claiming the prize. The prize recipient must have a valid taxpayer identification number. If the winner is under 15 years old, they must provide their original birth certificate or valid ID card and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must also present a valid ID card. If a non-Thai winner cannot claim certain prizes, they will automatically forfeit the right to that prize, and the company will conduct a redraw to select a new winner.

·       The company’s decisions regarding prize redemption and selection are final.

·       If fraudulent actions are discovered, the company reserves the right to nullify all actions and participation by the fraudulent individual and seek compensation for damages incurred.

·       The company reserves the right to change prizes, rules, and terms without prior notice.

Prize Draw Details

The prize draw will take place on January 14, 2025, at One Bangkok Retail, with winners announced on January 21, 2025, via www.onebangkok.com and the One Bangkok Retail application. For more information or prize collection, please contact 097-009-5000 between January 27–31, 2025.
