Palinee Kongchansiri is a recognised leader in Thai retail industry, coming to One Bangkok with over 20 years of experience and specialities covering a diverse spectrum of merchandise ranging from luxury lifestyle brands to emerging brands that cater to consumer demand. Prior to joining One Bangkok, she held the role of CEO of Megabangna, where she led a multidisciplinary team responsible for tenant leasing, marketing, operation, and Facility Management as well as overseeing Megacity, Mixed use development. Previously, she excelled as Head of Luxury Retail at Gaysorn Village, where she focused on boosting tenant leasing and marketing. Palinee began her career as Property Manager at JLL Thailand, a global real estate services firm.

As Chief Retail Officer for One Bangkok, Palinee is responsible for creating a vibrant retail experience at One Bangkok. With her expertise in strategic management and retail development, she is well-placed to elevate and set a new standard for Thailand’s retail scene. Palinee will spearhead the creation of a comprehensive retail strategy, curating a diverse tenant mix, marketing strategy, forging strategic partnerships, and implementing top-notch retail operation solutions.

Palinee graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s in business administration, concentrated in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information System.
